This role serves as the operational backbone of the distribution business by ensuring program compliance, process excellence, accurate reporting, distributor enablement, and SLA adherence. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of channel, distribution, sales operations, or partner operations experience within a technology vendor environment and thrives in a highly cross-functional role supporting sales, channel, operations, and finance teams.**Primary Responsibilities:****Distribution Operations & Program Execution*** Manage day-to-day operational engagement with distribution partners.* Ensure compliance with channel programs, policies, and contractual obligations.* Coordinate resolution of quotes, orders, pricing updates, renewals, reporting, and other operational issues.* Support execution of channel programs, promotions, rebates, MDF, and new partner initiatives.**Performance Management & Analytics*** Produce and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.* Analyze key performance indicators, pipeline activity, bookings trends, and program participation.* Monitor SLA performance, operational metrics, and compliance to identify areas for improvement.**Cross-Functional Partnership & Enablement*** Collaborate with Channel Sales, Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Partner Programs teams.* Act as a liaison between distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive issue resolution and business execution.* Support forecasting, business planning, operational reviews, and partner enablement activities.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.* 3-5 years of channel operations, distribution, partner operations, or sales operations experience in the technology industry.* Experience working with Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, or similar distribution partners.* Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and reporting tools.* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Flexibility to support critical business cycles, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.#LI-GB1The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
