Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. The role requires safely operating powered industrial equipment and accurate picking, staging and transport of products.

Training is provided for PIT certification and you’ll use RF scanners or voice systems daily. The position offers a Monday–Thursday shift (8:00 PM – 6:30 AM) with starting pay $22.50 per hour plus a $2.50 shift differential, plus benefits

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work at heights when required.
• Comfort with RF scanners or voice systems; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment following OSHA and safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to designated locations.
• Use RF scanners/voice systems for daily tasks and inventory control.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspace and assist team as needed.
