Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Lebanon, TN is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator to safely run powered industrial equipment, pick, sort, and move material using RF scanners and voice systems. The role requires overtime availability, warehouse experience, and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred (3+ years)
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, work at heights up to 30 feet, repetitive movements
• Experience with RF scanners or voice systems
• Regular and reliable attendance and adherence to safety PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets and materials to maintain inventory
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety while following SOPs
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented environment
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Participate in safety and team meetings and report concerns

Schedule 3rd Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00PM start time. Pay and Benefits

• Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour + $2.50 per hour shift differential
• Hourly or Incentive Bonus

Qualifications

• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)
• Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‑protection equipment when required
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Pay Range

• $15.00
• $23.79
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
