Ferguson is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. This role requires 2+ years of warehouse and equipment experience, and the ability to work a night shift 8:00 PM–6:30 AM.

You will safely operate powered industrial equipment and use RF scanners and voice systems to pick and move items. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour, with additional benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with match, paid time off, and

Ferguson is currently seeking Experienced Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. This role is ideal for people with 2+ years of warehouse and equipment experience who consistently work safely, accurately, and can be counted on to get the job done right.

Shift Schedule

Monday–Thursday
8:00PM - 6:30AM

Pay And Benefits

• Starting Pay: $22.50 per hour ($20.00 / hr + $2.50 / hr shift differential)

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
• 2+ years warehouse, distribution, shipping, and/or receiving experience required
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) required
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)
• Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems and/or labor management systems
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‑protection equipment when required
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Pay Range

$15.00 - $23.79
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
