Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is hiring for a 3rd shift Warehouse Equipment Operator at our Lebanon, TN distribution center. Expect to operate stand-up forklifts and other PITs, pick/store products, and maintain inventory with OSHA-compliant procedures.

This role requires safety focus, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime as needed. Competitive benefits follow after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in putaway, picking, and/or loading preferred.
• Strong work ethic and safety focus.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment including stand-up high lift, reach trucks or dock stockers.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson SOPs.
• Accurately pick product or store product in assigned locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
• Communicate with associates and work as a team to complete tasks.
