Job Overview

Ferguson, North America’s leading distributor across residential, non-residential, new construction, and repair, maintenance, and improvement (RMI) markets, is seeking 2nd Shift Warehouse Equipment Operators at our Lebanon, TN distribution center. Ideal candidates have warehousing, shipping, or receiving experience and a dedication to quality. 2nd shift hours start at 3:00 pm or 5:00 pm depending on responsibilities.

• Starting Pay: $20.00/hour + $2.50/hour shift differential

Qualifications

• Experience in putaway, picking, and/or loading preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely, including stand-up high lift, reach trucks, or dock stockers
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing/walking up to 12 hours
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment following OSHA and Ferguson safety procedures
• Pick, store, and label products accurately and safely
• Maintain inventory integrity and communicate effectively with team members
• Use RF scanners and voice devices to execute tasks
• Follow all standard operating procedures and OSHA standards
• Participate in meetings and report concerns to management
