Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks a Training & Performance Supervisor for a rotating schedule at our Buckeye, AZ location. You will oversee frontline staff, analyze client KPIs, and design training to improve quality and visibility.

Expect field deployments and close collaboration with the Training & Performance Manager. The role requires 3+ years in training/development, experience with logistics, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in training and development.
• Experience in a global multi-cultural environment and logistics/warehousing is preferred.
• Experience developing training content and SOPs.
• Familiarity with eLearning tools such as Captivate or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal performance and quality standards set by management.
• Analyze client metrics, service and visibility; monitor trends and provide recommendations.
• Supervise frontline Training & Performance staff; deploy with field teams as needed.
• Create, maintain and analyze data related to client KPIs and performance.
