You will monitor workflows, control costs, and support continuous improvement across the distribution center.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, coaching, and adherence to safety and operational standards, with opportunities for growth within a respected retail logistics

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflow to meet operational deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and general materials handling processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, routing systems, or AS400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily distribution center operations for supervised area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach distribution center team members while promoting accountability, productivity, and teamwork through O'Reilly culture.
• Monitor departmental workflow and staffing levels to ensure daily operational goals, delivery schedules, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with O'Reilly operational procedures, safety standards, and DOT regulations if applicable.
• Oversee supervised area’s role in inbound and outbound merchandise processes to ensure product is accurately received, stocked, processed, loaded, and delivered according to O'Reilly standards.
