Yazaki North America seeks a Distribution Supervisor to lead and develop a high-performing team in the La Vergne, TN distribution center. You will guide daily operations across Parts Control, Warehousing, Sequencing, Repack, and Inventory Control to meet service levels and quality targets.

You will coach associates, plan schedules, manage performance, and enforce safety, EMS, and QMS policies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years leadership experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• 3+ years as Yazaki Team Lead or 4+ years external supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• English proficiency required.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily operational direction, feedback, coaching, and leadership within the Distribution Center.
• Oversee daily operations including Parts Control, Warehousing, Sequencing, Repack Operations, and Inventory Control.
• Plan and coordinate associate work schedules; supervise direct reports and conduct performance evaluations.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring customer satisfaction.
