Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 3+ years as Yazaki Team Lead or 4+ years of external supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in warehouse operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational direction, coaching, and leadership within the Distribution Center.
• Plan and coordinate associate work schedules and supervise daily activities.
• Oversee training, performance evaluations, and administrative matters.
• Ensure compliance with CSRs and customer requirements; promote continuous improvement.
• Manage operational expenses and assist with budgeting.
• Identify shortages or inventory discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate records and timely operational reporting.
