Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 3 years in logistics, warehouse management, or distribution operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution centre operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Manage shipping processes and maintain accurate documentation for all outbound shipments, ensuring alignment with delivery commitments and CRSD timelines.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy and minimise discrepancies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of customer focus, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, manufacturing, logistics) to resolve operational challenges and improve workflows to achieve On-Time Delivery.
• Ensure adherence to local and international warehousing, shipping, and logistics regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor key metrics related to customer experience and delivery performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
