Job summary

Callaway Golf Company seeks a Distribution Supervisor to lead our Texas Distribution Center, coordinating warehouse operations, labor balance, and performance targets. You will supervise leads and material handlers, ensure compliant receiving/shipping, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with Planning, Traffic, Order Management, and Customer Service to maintain on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and safe, efficient processes across domestic and international shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisor experience.
• Experience with SAP WMS is a plus.
• Must be able to pass forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct Distribution Center operations, balancing skilled labor across warehouse activities.
• Oversee team leads and material handlers to meet performance objectives (cost, service, quality).
• Communicate department goals and provide resources to meet/exceed them.
• Coordinate with Planning/Buyers, Traffic, Order Management, Customer Service, Accounting and Production.
• Ensure timely receipt and shipment of inbound/outbound goods and accurate order processing.
• Lead safety training, conduct safety meetings, and optimize equipment safety.
