Job summary

Callaway Golf Company in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Distribution Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, balancing labor, inbound receipts, and outbound shipments to meet goals. You will supervise team leads and material handlers, coordinate dock activities, and ensure safety and accuracy across processes.

You will collaborate with Planning, Traffic, Order Management, Customer Service and other departments to solve issues, implement replenishment, and drive lean improvements using Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Warehouse experience in supervisor role.
• Strong analytical skills and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct distribution center operations to meet goals and KPIs.
• Oversee picking, packing, and shipping of Domestic and International shipments.
• Coordinate dock activities including quality audits and cycle counts.
• Balance skilled labor and supervise team leads and material handlers.
• Collaborate with Planning, Traffic, Order Management, and Customer Service.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma methods.
