Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in Findlay, OH. This role directs and motivates warehouse staff, ensures safe and efficient operations, and maintains daily schedules and procedures to meet customer demand.

You will lead by example, coach teammates, and coordinate with leadership to drive productivity and quality. Prior warehouse leadership and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in distribution/warehouse leadership.
• Strong ability to hire, train, motivate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.
• Able to lead by example and communicate clearly to teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates.
• Communicate company and division information to teammates.
• Address and follow-up on teammate concerns and questions.
• Coordinate with warehouse leadership to meet DC goals and standards.
• Ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
• Maintain schedules, assign tasks, and keep departmental paperwork up to date.
• Provide training and coaching to staff as needed.
• Enforce distributions center policies and safety procedures.
