Kontoor Brands, Inc. seeks a Trainer for its Distribution Center to lead training and development activities, ensuring associates learn standard methods, safety practices, and performance expectations.

The role requires maintaining training records, delivering new hire and refresher trainings, monitoring process adherence, and collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and HR to drive performance. A high school diploma is required and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience in warehouse or distribution center operations preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and training skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Operations, Engineering, HR, and Leadership.
• Comfortable working on the floor and analyzing operational data.
• Process-oriented and improvement-focused; adaptable, analytical, eager to learn, and able to develop others.
• Experience/Education minimum 1 year related experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma required.

Mansioni

• Lead training and development activities across the DC.
• Maintain training records and the DC training database.
• Coordinate and deliver new hire, cross-training, refresher, safety, and procedural training.
• Maintain training curves, cross-training matrices, and associate feedback records.
• Ensure associates understand standard methods, safety practices, and performance expectations.
• Monitor and reinforce adherence to standard work methods.
• Identify and address performance gaps through observation, coaching, and feedback.
• Partner with leadership to support associate development and operational performance.
• Support Engineering projects involving new materials, equipment, and process improvements.
• Assist in documenting, testing, and implementing new methods and standard work practices.
• Incorporate safety standards into all training programs.
• Participate in process audits and safety initiatives.
• Crosstrain in key operational functions and provide floor support as needed.
• Assist with operational initiatives that support business objectives.
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, safety, and standard work.
