Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain or business.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership in distribution.
• Proven track record of growth, profitability, and efficiency.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workload and ensure staffing plan supports demand.
• Ensure the team performs duties in a safe working environment.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance warehouse processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and 5S.
• Lead and develop direct reports to build bench depth.
• Other duties as assigned.
