Job summary

Imperial Supplies in Janesville, WI, is seeking a full‑time Distribution Center Supervisor to lead receiving and shipping operations at the Regional Distribution Center. You will hire, train, coach, and discipline 20–30 distribution associates, driving growth, CI projects, and staffing plans.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, asset control, cross‑functional collaboration with Purchasing, Customer Service, HR, and Quality Control, plus Lean‑based process improvements and safety focus

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent warehousing/distribution leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution leadership experience.
• Experience supervising 20–30 distribution associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving and/or shipping operations for the Regional Distribution Center.
• Hire, train, coach, and discipline 20–30 distribution associates.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with Lean principles.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and asset control.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Customer Service, Payroll, HR, and Quality Control.
