• 3–5 years of manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving and shipping operations for the distribution center.
• Hire, train, coach, and discipline 20–30 associates.
• Maintain asset control and inventory accuracy; lead CI projects.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Customer Service, Payroll, HR and Quality teams.
• Ensure staffing plans, cost controls, and service criteria are met.
• Uphold safety standards per OSHA, Grainger, Imperial policies.
