Johnson Controls is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily DC operations with a focus on customer experience and on-time delivery through the Confirmed Ready Ship Date. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate inventory management, and optimize logistics processes to meet customer expectations and timely shipments.

You will foster a culture of respect and continuous improvement, conduct daily briefings, and provide performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics/warehouse distribution with supervision.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee DC operations ensuring safety, quality, and performance.
• Manage shipments and documentation to meet CRSD timelines.
• Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Mentor and develop the logistics team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing and logistics regulations.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
