Job summary

RaceTrac Distribution Center is seeking a qualified Supervisor to manage daily DC operations, including receiving, auditing, and shipping. You will lead a team of associates, leads, and auditors to meet efficiency goals and maintain product integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating staffing, optimizing inbound/outbound processes, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across Dry, Cooler, and Freezer areas as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access).
• Preferred degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate pallet jack or forklift as required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Distribution Center functions including receiving, auditing orders, and code dating.
• Lead, coach, and supervise DC leads, auditors, and associates to meet warehouse goals.
• Monitor inventory flow and ensure accurate inbound/outbound records.
• Ensure product integrity through FEFO/FIFO processes and temperature checks.
• Coordinate with staffing and Talent Acquisition to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Utilize WMS reports to solve problems and improve performance.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and security compliance per RaceTrac and regulations.
