Tireco, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Lead in Jessup, MD to oversee daily warehousing operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with management, customers, and team members, ensuring accuracy and safety in all processes.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, auditing work, and operating forklift to pull orders, replenish stock, and load containers while maintaining a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse operations experience.
• 2+ years forklift experience.
• Valid driver's license; No CDL required.
• Meet DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical.
• At least 21 years old and willing to cross state lines for deliveries.
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

As a Distribution Center Lead for Tireco Distributors, you will oversee the distribution center, work closely with management, customers, and team members. You will maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, lead team members in daily assignments, and audit completed assignments to ensure accuracy. You will also coach and train team members as necessary to ensure processes, procedures, and safety regulations are being met. Operating equipment such as a forklift will be required to pull orders, replenish stock, load containers, and complete other warehouse duties as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
