Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Distribution Center Associate PIE to support inbound/outbound warehouse activities, including picking, packing, sorting, and shipping. You will report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and work with other DC Associates in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires physical stamina, strong attention to detail, and compliance with safety protocols. PIE operators may use crown and reach truck equipment; shift is 9:00 am–5:45 pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to frequently lift, slide, and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet customer expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance and overtime requirements.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment in accordance with OSHA.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
