Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Distribution Center Associate - Powered Equipment Operator to support inventory and order processing in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves picking, packing, staging, and shipping with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and work a 9:00 am–5:45 pm shift Monday–Friday, with opportunities for raises and PIE-related pay enhancements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass pre-employment checks.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform inbound/outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Pack, label, pick, and prepare products for shipment to meet quality standards.
• Operate scanning equipment and keep a clean, safe work area as per OSHA rules.
• Report to DC Supervisor or Process Manager and collaborate with teammates.
