Job summary

Responsibilities

Conduct staff meetings and ensure timely operational reporting.
Lead daily operations in order selection, replenishment, loading and shipping.
Monitor workflow and adjust staffing based on volume and workload.
Champion safety and quality in a compliant work environment.
Analyze data and KPIs to guide decisions and improve efficiency.
