Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager DC Operations to oversee the performance of an assigned distribution center. You will drive talent development, staffing, training, and maintain a high-performance culture while ensuring safety, compliance and operational excellence on the second shift.

You will manage P&L for DC departments, optimize product flow, partner with HR and store teams, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet profitability and service goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Operations Manager/Sr. Ops Manager roles in a Distribution Center/Warehouse.
• 5+ years leading teams in distribution center environments.
• 3+ years applying LEAN and 5S principles.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility for assigned DC departments.
• Ensure timely, secure, accurate deliveries via resources within budget.
• Partner with HR to meet staffing targets and minimize overtime.
• Build strong relations with field stores, partners, asset protection.
• Drive DC productivity and quality metrics with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with DEA, OSHA, wage/hour, EEO/AA, and related regulations.
