Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor to lead a team of up to 40 non-exempt colleagues in a state-of-the-art distribution facility. You will plan, direct, and supervise daily activities to achieve production goals including order selection, replenishment, and shipping of store orders.

Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality, with a strong emphasis on building high-performance teams across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or group lead experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 40 non-exempt colleagues on a distribution shift.
• Oversee order selection, replenishment, loading and shipping of store orders.
• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise daily activities to meet performance goals.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure productivity and safety.
