Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly team and influence the distribution center to run efficiently, safely and productively.
• Hire, evaluate, develop and discipline hourly associates; manage 20 to 30 associates.
• Ensure accurate handling of merchandise and implement team goals.
• Monitor productivity, safety, service and quality; coach and evaluate associates.
• Manage inventory accuracy and analyze key performance metrics.
