Sephora United States is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily distribution center operations, focusing on planning, supervision, productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping.

The role requires leading on‑the‑floor teams, coaching staff, coordinating with cross‑functional partners, and driving process improvements to ensure timely shipments.

The annual base salary range is $75,140 to $83,980, with potential bonuses; location is Olive Branch, MS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field, or 3–5 years of distribution experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with JDA WMS preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support associates and floor workflow to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assign and monitor daily work to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and SOPs.
• Promote a safe work environment through training and accountability.
• Drive engagement and development through hands-on leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align labor plans.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Plan shift transitions with clear expectations.
