Job summary

PIP Global Safety is seeking an Operations Manager for the largest distribution center in our network. You will lead a team of professionals, collaborate with departments to maintain a safe, secure, efficient, and comfortable working environment, and allocate resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, streamlining workflows, implementing safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
• 3 to 7+ years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of building systems and KPI analysis.
• Proficient in financial forecasting and inventory tracking software.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of professionals and collaborate with departments to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
• Develop and implement training, policies, procedures, and programs for safety and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, enforce quality control, and ensure regulatory compliance.
