Maersk Warehousing & Distribution Services USA LLC in Cedar Hill, TX seeks an experienced Distribution Operations Leader to direct the end-to-end activities of a busy distribution center. You will oversee shipping/receiving, inventory control, picking and packing, and ensure safety, productivity, and cost targets are met.

You will drive efficiency through lean methods, monitor KPI performance, and collaborate with port operations for drayage.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7–15 years in fast-paced transportation and warehousing.
• Proven expertise in managing transportation and warehousing operations.
• Experience in a 3PL environment and negotiating customer contracts.

Mansioni

• Directs and oversees distribution facility operations with focus on safety, cost control and KPI performance.
• Reviews reports and resolves operational and maintenance issues to minimize costs.
• Manages facility P&L and collaborates with port management to coordinate drayage services.
