Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead large-scale distribution center activities. You will develop business plans, manage costs, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with customer requirements.

The role requires a BA/BS and 5–10 years of related experience, with a focus on P&L and cross-functional leadership. Spanish language skills are a plus, and a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years related experience or an equivalent combination.
• P&L management experience highly desired.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains distribution center operations business plans including programs and customer requirements.
• Oversees production and quality control standards and cost controls to meet delivery dates.
• Guides distribution center process planning including personnel, material, safety, facility and equipment needs.
• .Manages staff across Special Projects, Shipping/Receiving, Packing, Order Processing, Routing, Inventory and Auditing, and customer service.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and applicable laws; coordinates with suppliers for optimal resources.
