Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, labor planning, shipping/receiving, and equipment maintenance. You will partner with leadership to set improvement plans, monitor KPIs, and manage budgets while upholding safety and service standards.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, with 5+ years in distribution center operations and at least 2 years in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in distribution center operations with two years in supervisory roles.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in a warehouse management system, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, personnel, and safety protocols to ensure on-time delivery and shipment accuracy.
• Partner with management to develop improvement plans, monitor KPIs, and control budgets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and support service standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal regulations, and supervise sanitation efforts.
• Lead staffing, training, performance management, and career development for team members.
• Work with maintenance and safety teams to uphold warehouse conditions and safety policies.
• Stay informed on industry trends and recommend process enhancements.
