Job summary

Classic Tents & Events/Coastal is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring precise inventory preparation for daily deliveries and pickups. You will guide warehouse associates, monitor performance, and coordinate with sales and field operations to handle changes and meet event requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in warehouse or delivery roles.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean DMV record.
• Able to pass a background check, DOT pre-employment physical, and a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates to maximize warehouse efficiency.
• Oversee loading/unloading of trucks and inventory prep.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse.
• Communicate with sales staff and Field Operations teams regarding details and changes.
• Manage returns and inventory restocking; ensure items are properly stored.
