Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; relevant operations experience accepted.
• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related operations.
• Demonstrated leadership including guiding teams or supervision.
• Experience using warehouse management systems or inventory software.
• Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Working knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Supervise daily operations across receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Monitor productivity, quality, service, and safety metrics to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and safety procedures.
• Conduct performance discussions and development planning.
• Analyze KPIs to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support goals.
• Manage workforce scheduling and labor planning to meet demand.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions to reduce disruptions.
