Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily inventory and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment in New York. You will supervise tag inventory staff, ensure SLA compliance, and liaise with clients and other departments to maintain accuracy and responsiveness.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in warehouse/inventory, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to train staff and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of inventory and distribution functions.
• Oversee tag inventory operations and clerks/work leads.
• Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs and performance requirements.
• Evaluate data to support business decisions and monitor workflow.
• Coordinate with other departments and clients as liaison.
• Produce daily production reports and monitor attendance/performance.
• Provide training to staff and conduct annual appraisals.
• Oversee tag fulfillment requests and outbound mailings.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
