Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations across warehouse areas and WMS/equipment to ensure efficient receiving and load preparation for stores and customers.
• Manages facility maintenance, equipment repairs, and contractor bids ensuring safety, budget, and quality.
• Reviews maintenance and production reports to plan cost-effective improvements while complying with safety standards.
• Grows a safety-focused culture through adherence to safety policies and regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Coaches and develops Associates through on-floor coaching and formal evaluations, ensuring certifications are maintained.
