Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 5 years in distribution environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply Chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operational excellence in warehouse areas and proper layout, inventory processing, and safety standards.
• Manages facility maintenance, equipment repairs, and contractor bids to ensure continuous operations.
• Reviews maintenance and quality reports to optimize facilities and equipment costs.
• Promotes a culture of safety and compliance across the DC.
• Coaches and develops associates, supporting performance evaluations and professional growth.
