Job summary

Abbott in Avon, IN seeks a warehouse associate to support receiving, shipping, and inventory tasks in a Cardiac Rhythm Management setting. You will handle material movements, cycle counts, and stock transfers while following GMP/QMS procedures.

The role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work evenings and overtime as needed to meet deadlines. Prior SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience; 1–3 years preferred.
• Ability to work overtime including holidays and weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills and SAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Timely processing of receipts and shipments, including international and domestic goods.
• Cross functional communication with regulatory, customer service, supply chain, etc.
• Timely returns processing as applicable.
• Follow provided control procedures to complete tasks.
• Complete Warehousing & Inventory execution tasks as applicable.
• Perform Material Movements both physically and systematically.
• Generate Work Orders from an ERP system.
• Perform Work Order Receipts in ERP system.
• Perform cycle counting.
• Process stock transfers and material requests.
• Maintain a neat and safe work environment.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Load and/or unload trucks as required.
• Some areas may involve handling of chemicals with training and PPE.
• Work overtime as required for business needs.
