Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience, including distribution center, inventory and transportation.
• 4+ years of experience leading a team.
• Proficiency with WMS, TMS and ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills with frontline employees, peers, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations including workflow scheduling, monitoring productivity and quality to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution of items from vendors; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Develop staffing strategies to meet daily business needs and budget targets.
• Lead safety programs, provide coaching and development for leaders and associates.
• Administer budget and record-keeping for the distribution center.
