Qualifications

• Experience in distribution management in a high-volume warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and streamline day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Supervise warehouse associates and temporary staff; manage hiring, training and performance.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain ISO 9001 quality standards; manage inventory accuracy.
• Design warehouse layouts to optimize space, storage, and retrieval workflows.
• Coordinate with branches, vendors, and customers to resolve logistics issues.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
