CCR_Search_jobs is seeking a Distribution Center / Warehouse Manager to lead the operations of a key distribution facility, located in the Cincinnati, Nashville, Zanesville, Indianapolis, or Chicago area.

This hands-on, highly visible role oversees warehouse operations, distribution, delivery, safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost performance, with a focus on developing people and improving processes on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or operations management experience.
• Strong experience leading warehouse/distribution teams and delivering measurable results.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to be actively engaged in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for warehouse, distribution, and delivery operations at a single location.
• Establish and maintain a strong safety culture and ensure workplace compliance.
