Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a DC Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, loading, and palletizing finished goods.

You will help plan space, schedule deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory and organized storage to meet distribution objectives. The role requires 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience, familiarity with inventory tracking and directing teammates, and preferred bilingual abilities.

Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years prior work experience in a warehouse related field.
• Previous work experience in a warehouse or distribution center including material handling, inventory tracking, and providing work direction to other teammates.
• Bi-Lingual skills preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises daily schedules for warehouse staff in shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks, picking and palletizing goods.
• Determines space needs for storage and schedules delivery and distribution to meet customer requirements.
• Ensures equipment maintenance and safe operations, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Monitors attendance and productivity, providing counseling as needed.
• Coordinates with warehouse and operations manager on shipments, cut-off times, and shortages.
• Maintains records and reports such as lost sales and production.
• Recommends procedural changes to improve unit efficiency.
