Job summary

Callaway Golf Sales Company is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping for domestic and international shipments. You will coordinate safety programs, drive process improvements, and manage a team of leads and material handlers.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and project management skills, with knowledge of SAP WMS and MS Office. A 2-year degree or technical training is preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree or technical training preferred.
• Experience supervising warehouse operations or similar role.
• Knowledge of lean and six sigma techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate warehouse, receiving and shipping operations to meet goals.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and adherence to policies; manage staffing balance.
• Supervise leads and material handlers to meet cost, service and quality targets.
• Coordinate dock activities and cycle counts; ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Provide for replenishment, returns processing, and communications across departments.
