Job summary

Callaway is seeking a Warehouse/Distribution Supervisor to coordinate and lead daily logistics activities in our DC operations. You will oversee material handlers, ensure accurate inbound and outbound shipments, and drive safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and solid knowledge of SAP/WMS systems. Responsibilities include developing staff, communicating goals, training temporary workers, and contributing to continuous improvement projects to optimize

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead daily/weekly distribution activities.
  • Oversee material handlers to meet safety, cost, service, quality and throughput goals.
  • Communicate department goals and provide resources to meet them.
  • Provide training and oversight to temporary workers.
  • Ensure inbound receipts and outbound shipments are accurate and timely.
  • Drive safety program and conduct regular safety meetings.
  • Support continuous improvement and kaizen initiatives.
