Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading teams or projects.
• Experience with distribution processes: Inventory, Receiving, Picking, Packing, or Shipping.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and electronically.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple aspects of the distribution center operations including Receiving, Inventory Control, Material Handling, Order Picking, and Outbound.
• Lead a team of distribution center personnel with visible leadership to maintain a motivated and productive workforce.
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in hiring, training, and cross-functional teams.
