Job summary

Tireco Distributors is seeking a Distribution Center Lead in the Seattle/Kent area. The role oversees daily operations, leads the warehouse team, ensures safety and accuracy, and coordinates with management and customers.

Heavy emphasis on coaching, training, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Candidates should have 2+ years in warehouse operations and forklift experience, with a valid driver’s license and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• 2+ years of forklift experience.
• Valid standard driver’s license; some states may require Class D - no CDL.
• DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical; be at least 21; willing to cross state lines for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the distribution center and work with management, customers, and team members.
• Lead team in daily assignments and audit completed work for accuracy.
• Coach and train staff to ensure processes, procedures, and safety regulations are followed.
• Operate equipment such as a forklift to pull orders, replenish stock, and load containers.
• Complete other warehouse duties as needed.

Job Details: Job Location: Seattle - Kent, WA 98031, Salary Range: $24.00 - $24.00 Hourly, JOB TITLE: Distribution Center Lead

As a Distribution Center Lead for Tireco Distributors, you will oversee the distribution center, work closely with management, customers, and team members. You will maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, lead team members in daily assignments, and audit completed assignments to ensure accuracy. You will also coach and train team members as necessary to ensure processes, procedures, and safety regulations are being met. Operating equipment such as a forklift will be required to pull orders, replenish stock, load containers, and complete other warehouse duties as needed.
