Job summary

Tireco-Distributors is seeking a Distribution Center Lead in Dallas, TX to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure accuracy and safety across all tasks. The role involves coaching staff, coordinating with management, and handling forklift-driven duties to pull orders, replenish stock, and load containers.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of warehouse and forklift experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to cross state lines for deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse operations experience.
• 2+ years forklift experience.
• Valid standard driver's license; some states may require Class D - No CDL.
• Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical; be at least 21 years old; eligible to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
• Able to be insured under company driving policy.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

As a Distribution Center Lead for Tireco Distributors, you will oversee the distribution center, work closely with management, customers, and team members. You will maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, lead team members in daily assignments, and audit completed assignments to ensure accuracy. You will also coach and train team members as necessary to ensure processes, procedures, and safety regulations are being met. Operating equipment such as a forklift will be required to pull orders, replenish stock, load containers, and complete other warehouse duties as needed.
