Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Lead in West Valley City, UT to oversee distribution center operations and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. You will coordinate drivers and warehouse staff, reinforce safety standards, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, a background in warehouse logistics, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Description

Our Warehouse Lead will assist operational activities within the distribution warehouse to achieve efficient fulfillment of customer orders while following company defined procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help manage drivers and warehouse operatives
• Assure warehouse optimization standards are met
• Receiving deliveries, unloading trucks and storing of inventory
• Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of vendor products
• Performing daily vehicle inspections per company policy and ensuring truck maintenance needs are addressed
• Participation in daily cycle count process
• Other duties as requested or needed

Qualifications

• Previous Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds while bending and twisting
• Customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
