Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support distribution operations and ensure efficient fulfillment across our transportation network.

You will supervise drivers and warehouse staff, monitor receiving and inventory procedures, and maintain strong knowledge of vendors and products. The role requires early-morning hours and rotating Saturdays, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in distribution or warehouse environment.
• Customer service orientation and professional integrity.
• Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 12:00AM–8:30AM and rotating Saturdays.
• Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the warehouse team to optimize fulfillment.
• Manage drivers and warehouse operatives.
• Receive deliveries, unload trucks and store inventory.
• Maintain knowledge of vendor products.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and address maintenance needs.
• Participate in daily cycle count process.
• Additional duties as requested.

Description

Our Warehouse Lead will assist operational activities within the distribution warehouse to achieve efficient fulfillment of customer orders while following company defined procedures.

Responsibilities

Required Hours Monday – Friday 12:00AM – 8:30AM with rotating Saturdays

Help manage drivers and warehouse operatives

• Assure warehouse optimization standards are met
• Receiving deliveries, unloading trucks and storing of inventory
• Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of vendor products
• Performing daily vehicle inspections per company policy and ensuring truck maintenance needs are addressed
• Participation in daily cycle count process
• Other duties as requested or needed

Qualifications

• Previous Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds while bending and twisting
• Customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work Monday - Friday 12:00AM - 8:30AM
• Must be willing to work a rotating Saturday
• Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
