Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center in North Carolina. This full-time role supports accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and efficient warehouse operations.

You will operate RF scanners and MHE safely, unload and stock goods, pick/pack items, and help keep the facility organized. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Safety-minded approach required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and handle physical work.

Responsibilities

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Unload and put-away product utilizing RF technology.
• Pick and stage product for shipment.
• Load trucks and maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory processes.
• Maintain a clean work area and support sanitation practices.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Our DC Associate will perform operational activities within Distribution Center warehouse to achieve efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, and efficient and accurate receipt of delivery of replenishment product.

Responsibilities

In this friendly work environment you will be responsible for:

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product utilizing RF (radio frequency) technologyÂÂ
• Inspect inbound for OSD (overages and shortages)
• Pick and stage product
• Load truck(s)
• Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations
• Perform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager
• Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
• Other duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience with RF scanners preferred
• Safety 1st Mentality
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs
